Terms & Conditions for the Jude Bellingham 2022/23 Meet & greet.

1. Introduction
2. a)      The event is organised and run by Topps Europe Ltd (“Topps”), company number 02673753 who can be contacted at 18 Vincent Avenue, Crownhill Business Centre, Milton Keynes, MK8 0AW.
3. b)     By entering your verification code you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Topps, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
4. c)      The event details in terms of date, location and activities will be determined at a later date and communicated by email to any person who enters a verified code found in the Jude Bellingham Curated set box. Topps Europe limited will not subsidise travel/accommodation associated with the event.

1. Who can attend the event?
2. a)      Participants must provide a valid contact method to enable notification if they find the Golden ticket.
3. b)     The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Topps, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Topps, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. c)      By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Topps reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
5. D) In the event that the a winning code is entered more than once, Topps will only verify the first entry.

2. a)      To successfully receive your invitation and associated information relating to the event, the participants must:
3. Purchase a box of the 2022 UEFA Jude Bellingham Curated Set.
4. Open the box and find a ‘Golden Ticket’ with a verification code.
5. b)     If you find a ‘Golden Ticket’ in your box, you are a winner - congratulations! You will need to enter that code and your personal contact details here: https://uk.topps.com/bellingham
6. c)      The Prize must be claimed by 28 February 2022. Unclaimed prize codes, will lapse after this date. If a winner has any questions about how to claim their prize, they should contact [email protected] without delay.
7. d)      There shall be a total of fifty (50) verification codes, distributed at random across the box production run.
8. e)      All Entries must be made using the digital form found here: https://uk.topps.com/bellingham
9. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
10. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or entering their code.
11. f)     The winners may be required to provide Topps with proof of identification and proof of purchase in order to verify compliance with the terms and conditions.
12. g)       If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in the sole discretion of Topps, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by alternate means.

1. What is the Prize?
2. a)      There will be 50 winning codes.
3. b)     Each winner will have the opportunity to attend an in-person meet and greet with Jude Bellingham to take place in 2023 (such date and location to be confirmed by Topps at its sole discretion). No guarantee of a specific country where the event will take place.
4. c)      Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Topps determines that the Prize is being misused. Topps reserves the right to substitute a Prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
5. d)      Topps will not assume any responsibility to pay for travel/accommodation expenses.
6. e)      It will not be possible for a chaperone/extra guest to be added. The number of participants is strictly managed and will be closed to people under the age of eighteen (18). Each code prize allows for one (1) entry only. If more than one person attempts to attend the event for a single invitation, entry will be denied.
7. h)     If a winner is unable to attend the event they forgoe the ability to attend and may not transfer the invite to another person.
8. i)       The winners of the Prize are aware that pictures may be taken or that film may be shot of them during the in-person meet and greet. They give permission to the Promoter to use the pictures and film for publicity purposes, including but not limited to posts on social media, for a period of two years from the date of the meet and greet. If a winner does not consent to participate in any/all publicity or promotional activities, they should notify Topps without delay in writing at [email protected]
9. j)       Entry to the in-person meet and greet shall be at the sole discretion of the third-party venue. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they comply with the rules of the third-party venue at all times. Topps shall not be responsible for any decision by the third-party venue to deny entry to the winners.

2. a)      Topps reserves the right to amend the rules of the event and event registration, to withdraw the event at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the event in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
3. b)     Topps will only use your email address and other personal information in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (including any amended, equivalent or subsequent legislation) and will use, store or otherwise process any personal information that relates to and identifies you, including but not limited to your name, age, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and any other information collected on entry to this Prize Draw, to the extent reasonably necessary to run this Competition, to contact entrants if necessary to notify the Winner, or to check eligibility requirements have been met, and will not be shared with other companies except to the extent necessary to provide the prize in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (https://uk.topps.com/privacy-policy). Topps will only process your personal information for the purposes described in these Terms and will not give your personal information to any third parties.

9. d)     By submitting any personal information to us you consent to the use of the information as set out in these Terms.

1. e)      The winners’ surnames and locations (county/state/region) will be made available upon request. The winners will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published by contacting [email protected]
2. f)      The decision of Topps regarding any aspect of the registration/event is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

4. h)     With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Topps is not liable for, and you release Topps from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the codeor attending the event.

6. j)       The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
7. k)      These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
