Promoter: Topps Europe Limited with registered office at c/o CSC (UK) Ltd, 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London E14 5HU

Promotion period: 24 October 2025. Standard store hours; enhanced NBA event period window: 14:00–16:30.

Promotion taking place at Fanatics Collectibles Store, 54 Regent Street, London W1B 4DY.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to UK residents aged 16+ (under-16s must be accompanied by an adult).

1.2 Not open to Promoter employees, Agile Retail employees (“Store Staff”) or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. How to participate

2.1 Spend £100+ on eligible in-store product in a single transaction and agree to rip (open) on-site immediately.

2.2 A Store Staff member will remove the cellophane and observe the opening to validate the claim.

2.3 On validation, you’ll receive £10 store credit (see Section 4).

2.4 Enhanced NBA event period window (14:00–16:30): validated rips earn £20 store credit.

3. Limits

3.1 During the NBA event period window: max 1 redemption per person.

3.2 Outside the NBA window: [state the standard limit, e.g., 1 redemption per person per day].

3.3 Eligible categories: NBA products only during the NBA event period window; outside the window, all products within scope. The Promoter will display the current eligible list in store.

4. Store credit terms

4.1 A Topps.com account is required to receive credit. If you are not an existing account holder, you can create an account in-store at the point of purchase.

4.2 Credit will be added to your Topps.com account and can be used at any time with no expiry.

4.3 Credit is not transferable, no cash alternative, no change given; cannot be used to buy gift cards or combined with other vouchers unless stated.

5. Returns & refusals

5.1 Opened product is not returnable except for statutory rights (e.g., faulty goods).

5.2 The Promoter may refuse/revoke credit if it reasonably suspects abuse, breach of these T&Cs, or bulk/commercial purchasing intended to circumvent limits.

6. Administration

6.1 The Promoter and Store Staff will administer the promotion fairly and efficiently and may amend/cancel due to events outside its control, taking reasonable steps to minimise impact.

6.2 Key significant conditions (eligibility, spend threshold, opening on-site, value of credit, time limits, redemption caps, expiry) will be clearly displayed at point of sale and on a QR-linked full T&Cs page.
