Christmas Shipping Times

To keep you up to date, please read below for Christmas delivery information:

Topps.com will generally ship in 3-5 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise stated (Please note, allow +10 days for International shipping).

For deliveries of products with countdown clocks, such as Topps NOW, On Demands Set, Lost Rookies and more, please allow up to 20 business days after the timer has expired. 

Shipping times are estimated and can vary depending on the nature of the product.  

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import tax and duties.

  • From 25th Dec all orders will have an extended delivery window of 3-5 working days.
  • No shipments on 25th, 26th, 27th Dec, and 1st Jan.
Customer service and warehouses will not operate:
  • Christmas Day 25th December 
  • Boxing Day 26th December 
  • New Years Day 1st January
  • Customer Service will close at 1pm GMT on Christmas Eve and  New Years Eve

Please note: Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to modify/update the delivery address. If an order has been placed to the wrong delivery address, this can be cancelled if the order has not been dispatched. This will issue a full refund back to the original payment method. Customers are advised to update their delivery address in their account settings and place the order again to the correct address.
