TOPPS – EASTER EGG MYSTERY PRIZE DRAW – UK AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter (“us”, “we”): Topps Europe Limited whose registered office address is at C/O CSC CLS (UK) Limited 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, United Kingdom, E14 5HU.

Enter our prize draw (“Prize Draw”) for a chance to win one (1) of ten (10) exclusive Topps UEFA Club Competitions Jude Bellingham signed cards sequentially numbered to 10.

The opening and closing dates of the Prize Draw (the “Promotional Period”) are as follows:

Opening Date: 15th January 2026 13:00

Closing Date: 31st May 2026 11:59

The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over, except employees of the Promoter or its group companies, their families, agents or third parties directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.

You may only enter the Prize Draw once.  

How to Enter

To be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must correctly identify the password displayed on the applicable promotional cards (“Password”).

Once the Password has been identified, entrants must attend the Fanatics Collectibles Store at 54 Regent Street, London, W1B 4DY (the “Store”) during the Promotional Period and clearly communicate the correct Password to a member of Store staff.

After correctly providing the Password, entrants will be required to provide their personal details in order to be entered into the Prize Draw. Entrants who do not provide the required details will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

Entry into the Prize Draw is subject to verification by the Promoter and/or Store staff. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify an entrant who provides an incorrect Password, fails to provide the required details or who, in the Promoter or Store’s reasonable opinion, attempts to circumvent the entry process or act unfairly.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

We accept no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, mislaid, incomplete, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, due to technical errors of the software or hardware systems used to enter participants into the Prize Draw.

Selecting and Notifying the Winner

The winners will be chosen from all eligible entries received using a randomised computer process on 1st June 2026 (“Draw Date”).

The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at the Store) within 7 days of the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to us within 72 hours of being notified by us, then that winner's Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to disqualify Participants who we consider to have not complied with any of these terms and conditions; or any Participant who we reasonably believe has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.

The Prize

The winners of the Prize Draw will receive One (1) of Ten (10) Exclusive Topps UEFA Club Competitions Jude Bellingham signed cards sequentially numbered to 10.

In addition, the first ten (10) eligible collectors who correctly provide the Password in person at the Store and successfully provide their details will each receive a Fanatics Collectible store credit gift card to the value of fifty GBP (£50), issued immediately at the Store, and will also be entered into the Prize Draw.

Winners may collect their Prize from the Store after the Draw Date, subject to verification of their identity and eligibility. A valid form of photographic identification must be provided at the time of collection. Where a winner is unable to collect their Prize from the Store for any reason, the Prize may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be sent by post to a postal address provided by the winner within 7 days of receipt of that address.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any Prize that is lost, delayed or damaged following dispatch by post.

The Prize is as stated above and is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable, and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

Neither the promoter, nor its employees, officers, trustees, agents accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. The promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

Publication

We reserve the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. For example, we may publish your surname, county of residence, and winning entries (if applicable) on our website or in any marketing materials. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at [email protected] including the name of the survey in the subject line. However, entrants acknowledge that we must nevertheless still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA, ASAI or equivalent regulator on request.

Data Protection

General

Participation in this Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

If events occur which mean the Prize Draw or the ability to award the Prize is made impossible and these events are outside of our control, we may amend the Prize Draw or the Prize.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed with the laws of England.  English courts shall have jurisdiction over any claims sought to which these terms and conditions or the Prize Draw are the subject, except where an entrant is a resident of the Republic of Ireland, in which case such entrant may also bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland.
