THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”) PROVIDE THE TERMS ANDCONDITIONS OF THE TOPPS FORMULA 1® Hobby Celebration Event (THE“CONTEST”). BY ATTEMPTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST,ENTRANTS (AS DEFINED BELOW) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TOBE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THECONTEST SPONSOR, TOPPS EUROPE LIMITED (“SPONSOR”), WHICH WILLBE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST.

  1. Prizes. Up to ten (10) Winners (as defined below) will each receive two (2)tickets to the Topps Formula 1® Hobby Celebration Event to be held on 5th April2024 at the Silverstone Museum (the “Event”) for the Winner and one (1) guest(each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).
  2. Eligibility. Participants in the Contest (“Entrants”) must be a resident of theUnited Kingdom and the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which theyreside. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers anddirectors of Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, andaffiliates are not eligible to participate.
  3. Odds; Alternate Means of Entry. Chances of winning a Prize are subject tothe number of entries received throughout the Entry Period.
  4. Entry Period. The Contest will commence on 26th March 2024, at 00:01 AMGreenwich Mean Time and ends at 11:59 PM Greenwich Mean Time on 1st April2024 (the “Entry Period”).
  5. To Participate. To participate, each Entrant must visit Sponsor’s Jotformwebsite located HERE during theEntry Period and indicate their interest in attending the Event by following thedirections therein.
  6. Selection of Winner. Subject to the rules regarding eligibility and winnerverification herein, up to ten (10) Winners will receive one (1) Prize.
  7. Winner Verification. A potential winner must prove eligibility, including,without limitation, proof of age and residence. Each potential winner and theirguest must sign within 48 hours of receipt of the following documents fromSponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release (including a name, image,likeness release) releasing the Indemnified Parties (as defined below) and theirrespective officers, directors, employees, agents and members from any and allliability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/ordamage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest,the Prize, the Event or the use/misuse or acceptance of the Prize, includingaccess to the Event, or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Prize; and (b)except where prohibited by law, a promotional release granting IndemnifiedParties the right to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and publicitypurposes without additional compensation; and any other documentationrequired by Sponsor, including tax-related forms, and potential winner’s socialsecurity number or local equivalent for tax purposes (collectively, the“Releases”). Entry into this Contest constitutes Entrant’s agreement to signsuch Releases. Each potential winner shall be responsible for obtaining andreturning signed copies of the Releases within the allotted timeframe. Failure toreturn all such documents and comply with deadlines, noncompliance with theseOfficial Rules or the return of any prize or prize notification will result indisqualification and, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, selection of analternate potential winner. Upon receipt and acceptance by Sponsor of allrequested documentation from a potential winner, Sponsor shall deem suchpotential winner as an official Contest winner (a “Winner”).
  8. General Terms. Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prize, including access tothe Event, will be made by Sponsor. Winners must attend the Event in order toreceive their Prize. All details related to the Prize not specified in these OfficialRules shall be solely determined by Sponsor. As a reminder, each Winnerremains liable for any and all taxes on the value of the Prize received. Uponentry into the Contest, Winner (as well as all other Entrants) are required tocomply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, andregulations. All taxes (if any), and any other costs and expenses associated withthe Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules, are solely Winner’sresponsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to the Winner, orpotential Winner, who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prize asdescribed herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Prize or anyportion thereof is permitted, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize ofcomparable or greater value may be awarded. All Prizes, including access to theEvent, are non-transferable.Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, mayresult in disqualification.Indemnified Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for incorrect,inaccurate, or late entry information whether caused by any of the equipment orprogramming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human errorwhich may occur in the processing or running of the Contest. Sponsor reservesthe right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend theContest or Official Rules for any reason, including if the Contest is not capable ofrunning as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention,fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affectthe administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contestor amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulationsregarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the Contest in anyjurisdiction. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsorare final. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELYUNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OFCRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORRESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THEFULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE COURTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOMSHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THECONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM SHALL GOVERN THECONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTIONAND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OFTHOSE COURTS. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor andits respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors,employees, agents, members, successors and assigns (collectively, the“Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits,losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonableattorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (a) the Contest, including Entrantsparticipation therein, (b) the Event and/or (c) any breach or violation of anyrepresentation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by each Entrant herein;and each Entrant agrees to release all rights to bring any claim, action orproceeding against the Indemnified Parties, to release all rights to bring anyclaim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, and herebyacknowledge that the Indemnified Parties have neither made nor are in anymanner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee,express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Contest.BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THEINDEMNIFIED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES,RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART,DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE CONTEST OR PARTICIPATION IN ANYCONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING THE EVENT, AS WELL AS CLAIMSBASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.IN NO EVENT WILL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FORANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO, LACK OF ACCESS TO, AND/OR USE OF THECONTEST WEBSITE, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIALDOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST WEBSITE, THE REMOVAL FROM THECONTEST WEBSITE, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, ORTHE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTINGFROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR PARTICIPATIONIN, ANYTHING RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST.WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE CONTEST, SPONSOR, AND ALLRELATED ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE CONTESTARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS ORIMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  9. Use and Transfer of Personal Information. By participating, each Entrantagrees that their personally identifiable information collected or used inconnection with the Contest may be used by Sponsor in accordance with itsprivacy policy located athttps://www.fanatics.com/what-is-your-privacy-policy/ch-2349. Any personalinformation held by Sponsor in connection with the Contest will be held onrecord for a reasonable period to fulfill the purpose for which such personalinformation was collected. If an Entrant gives Sponsor permission to pass ontheir personal information to a third party then this shall no longer be theresponsibility of Sponsor and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that thirdparty.
