- AGREEMENT
- Sidemen Trading Cards is an officially licensed product. The collection was created and manufactured by Topps. All cards and packaging were approved and collaborated with Sidemen Entertainment Limited.
- The trading card collection is available on topps.com for 14 days from Sunday, August 21.
- Please refer to the product description on Topps.com for details regarding cards, prizes and fulfilment.
- If you order a print on demand product with a Topps stock item (retail product) this will be fulfilled from different facilities and the order may split.
- All sales are final. Print runs revealed after sales window expires. Art subject to change. Not responsible for typographical/printer errors.
- AUTOGRAPHS
2.1. About. All seven Sidemen members have authentically signed 7,000 autographs for the Sidemen Trading Card Collection.
2.2. The autograph session was witnessed by employees from Topps Europe Limited.
2.3. Each Sidemen member signed 500 ‘Glitch’ autograph cards.
2.4. Each Sidemen member signed 500 ‘Gamertag’ autograph cards.
2.5. All 7,000 autographs were signed directly on the card.
2.6 100 Autograph cards will be available in boxes sold separately. The remaining 6900 will be distributed at random through the production run. To be determined after the sales window ends. No guarantee of autograph cards per box, unless specified. Topps/Sidemen Entertainment Ltd make no commitment to the value or future value of autograph cards.
- PRIZES / REDEMPTIONS
3.1. About. All prizes / redemptions were contractually agreed between Topps Europe Limited and Sidemen Entertainment Limited.
3.2. All redemptions need to be redeemed by August 21, 2023.
3.3. Forty-nine (49) x personalised video messages (seven (7) per Sidemen member), available via forty-nine (49) redemption cards (with unique codes) inside lucky packets.
3.4. Seven (7) x signed limited edition Sidemen clothing (one (1) per Sidemen member), available via seven (7) redemption cards (with unique codes) inside lucky packets.
3.6. Fifty (50) x lifetime memberships to SIDE+. Available via fifty (50) redemption cards (with unique codes) inside lucky packets.
3.7. One (1) x involvement in Sidemen video. ‘Golden ticket’ and, using special golden ticket redemption card inside one lucky packet.
3.7.1. Winner of the Golden Ticket must be 18-years-old or older.
3.7.2. Winner of the Golden Ticket co-stars in one (1) Sidemen video. The specific video and date of filming is determined by Sidemen Entertainment Limited. If the golden ticket winner cannot attend the prescribed the filming date, they forgo the chance to be involved in the video. The ticket may not be transferred or sold to another user. 3.7.3. unless otherwise stated, enter as an individual only, not as part of asyndicate, group or agency;3.7.4. not be an employee, officer, contractor, consultant and other personnel of us or otherwise directly or indirectly connected with the administration of the Competition3.7.5. You may not participate in a Competition unless you meet the eligibility requirements set forth above.3.7.6. No payment is necessary to enter into a Competition.3.7.7. [be a legal resident of, and physically located (at the time of entry) in the United Kingdom, the United States of America (excluding Rhode Island), any European country except Ukraine and Russia, Australia or another jurisdiction where participation in Competitions of that nature on these Terms is lawful].3.7.8. Sidemen Entertainment Limited will cover expenses up to the value of £/$/€1,000 for travel and accommodation, for the Golden Ticket winner.
No guarantee of prize insert card per box. The prize redemption cards will be distributed at random across the production run, to be determined after the two-week sales window ends.
