Topps Silverstone GP Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Prizes: there is one (1) prize in total. The one winner will receive a Turbo Attax Extra Bundle worth £100.  All prizes are supplied by the Promoter.   

 

  1. Dates: The competition commences at 00.01 hours on 6th July 2023 and ends at 11.59pm on 9th July 2023 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). No entries will be received after the Closing Date.

 

  1. How to enter:   Entrants will be asked to complete a series of questions about spending habits on the products. Entrants will complete the Topps Silverstone GP Survey found at: https://form.jotform.com/231795863680368.  No purchase necessary.   Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted.  

 

  1. Selecting winners: The winner will be randomly selected in order from all entries within five (5) calendar days of the end of the Closing Date.

 

  1. Notification: The winners of the competition will be sent a winner notification email to the email address they provided on entry. The winner notification emails shall be sent within seven (7) days after the drawing of the prize draw.

 

  1. Responding: The winners must then respond to the winner notification email within one (1) week. In the event that no response to the winner notification emails is received within that time scale, alternative prize winner will be selected and the process stated above repeated until a winner responds to the notification email to claim their prize. 

 

  1. Age limits: The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except directors, members, partners, employees, agents of consultants of the Promoter, the Promoter’s group of companies, or any other person or entity connected with this promotion. Promoter may ask winner(s) of proof of age.

 

  1. Entrants confirm that all information submitted by them in respect of this prize draw is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

 

  1. Prizes are provided as is and are non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. The winners agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the prizes for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prizes on an internet auction site). If Promoter is unable to award the prizes as stated for any reason, Promoter may substitute prizes for others of reasonable equivalent value.

 

  1. The Promoter will be responsible for the delivery of the prizes and all correspondence relating to same should be addressed directly to Promoter at the address at the bottom of these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Winner(s) surnames, city / county and country of residence available by writing to the Promoter. If you object, please contact the Promoter. In any event, the Promoter may still be required to provide the information and winning entry details to the UK Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to update, or otherwise change the terms and conditions at any time, from time to time, or terminate the competition at any time, and without notice. The Promoter will not award the prizes if the competition is terminated. By entering this prize draw, entrants accept these terms and conditions. 

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant for failure to adhere to these rules.

 

  1. All of the Promoter’s decisions relating to the competition and/or redemption of the prize are final. No discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

 

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.

 

  1. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
